Vasavi College of Engineering offers various courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These courses are primarily offered in the fields of engineering, technology, and computer science. Admission to Bachelor of Engineering:

The college offers a Bachelor of Engineering degree under different specializations. All of these courses are offered for a duration of 4 years.

The candidates are required to pass the Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical common entrance test referred to as EAMCET to get admission in the different B.E courses. This test is conducted every year for the process of admission. The candidates are also required to pass the examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects for admission, or any other examination which is recognized by Osmania University as equivalent.

Admission to Master of Engineering:

Vasavi College of Engineering also offers various postgraduate courses with various specializations for a duration of two years. Admission to the postgraduate courses is through the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).

Admission to Masters of Computer Science

Apart from the various undergraduate and postgraduate Engineering courses provided by the college, it also provides a three-year graduate program in the form of a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.

Admission to the three-year Master’s degree in Computer Applications is based on the student’s performance in the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET).

Minimum Educational Qualification

• Students seeking admission in B.E and B.Tech must have passed senior secondary with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized university.
• For admission in M.E and M.Tech, the students must possess a degree in B.E/B. Tech in relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• The students seeking admission to MCA must have passed the qualifying examination or equivalent with mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized university.
• The students must have a valid GATE score in order to be eligible for admission to M.Tech and M.E.
