- The institute publishes a merit list based on entrance exam scores and qualifying exam grades.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed a 10+2+3 pattern in either B.A/BSc./B.Com with a minimum of 45% aggregate or equivalent degree recognized by Bar Council of India.
Selection Process
Selection of the candidate will be made based on the entrance exam and application form. It will follow the following pattern.
- HSC /equivalent - 5 marks
- 10+2 / equivalent - 10 marks
- Graduation scores - 15 marks
- Entrance exam - 50 marks

- 10+2 / equivalent - 4.5 marks
- Graduation scores - 10.8 marks
- LL.B - 12.0 marks
- B.A. LL.B (integrated) - 22.8 marks
- Entrance exam - 70 marks
