Haldia Institute of Technology (HIT) was established in 1996. It is a private college approved by AICTE. It is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. This college is accredited by the NAAC with a grade of ‘A’. It offers a total of 22 courses at UG and PG levels.
