1. SJCC Bangalore Placement involves two major processes: Pre-Placement Process and Skill Development activities are designed to prepare the second year and final year students of the institution for the placement opportunities. 
2. Second year students usually take up corporate internships for the purpose of familiarizing themselves with the SJCC Recruitment process and professional requirements which prepares them for the final recruitment process. 
3. SJCC Bangalore Placement Process followed at the institution is then divided into three different phases for the smooth functioning of the placement activities.
4. As per the report of SJCC Bangalore Placements Phase one will be including briefing of the SJCC Placement Policy for students, pre-placement workshop, series of guest talks and career mapping sessions. 
5. Phase two of SJCC Bangalore Placements will be including registration by students who are interested in SJCC Placement and the Final phase is when we have the companies visiting the institution to conduct on campus recruitment drive
