Sir Parashurambhau College (S.P. College) is a college in Pune, Maharashtra, India that is autonomous (as of 2019). Founded in 1916 as New Poona College by British Governor Lord Willingdon, the college was renamed Sir Parashurambhau College in honor of the then-ruler of Jamkhandi State, who gave $200,000 in remembrance of his father, Parashurambhau Patwardhan.
