Regional College for Education Research & Technology Placements

The placement process at RCERT begins with the registration of eligible students with the placement cell. Students are then informed about the job openings and recruitment drives conducted by various companies.

The placement cell also provides training and guidance to students on resume writing, interview skills, and other aspects of the job search process.

Companies conduct pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, and personal interviews as part of the selection process. The placement cell coordinates with the companies and helps students throughout the selection process. Once a student is selected, he/she is required to accept the offer and join the company.
