By maintaining contact with reputable businesses and industrial establishments, the Training & Placement department plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Undergraduates and Postgraduates graduating from the college. The Placement Department works throughout the year to help connect graduates with employers. The number of students hired after campus interviews keeps increasing. Numerous reputable industries conduct interviews at the institute after being invited.
Overview & Objective :-
The Department of Training & Placement at RKGIT’s main goal is to forge solid connections with businesses in order to provide training, internships, and final placements for students who have registered with the T & P department.
At RKGIT, staff, faculty, and students work together to successfully collaborate with businesses in order to actively support the "Demand & Supply Chain" of Industry-Institute. preparing students for the recruitment processes of the industries Encourage students to acquire technical skills and soft skills such as goal-setting and career planning.
