PICT Pune offers admission in UG, PG, and PhD courses with various specializations. Admission to the courses is based on the MHTCET entrance exam. PICT Pune Admissions to B.E.

Admission to BE courses of PICT Pune in various streams, a minimum of 50 % marks (45% for reserved category) in HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects.

Admission in B.E programs of PICT Pune is strictly through the merit and rank scored in MH CET and JEE Main. MH-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) is a common entrance test organized to provide admission to Engineering & Technology and Pharmacy courses offered by various government and private colleges of Maharashtra state.

Counselling will be organized by PICT Pune after the result announcement of MH CET and JEE Main. Admission to PICT Pune will be decided purely on the basis of merit and counselling result.

PICT Pune PhD Admission Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for PhD admission at PICT Pune are given below.

• Candidates for admission to the PhD program shall have a Master's degree or a professional degree declared correspondent to the Master's degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its corresponding grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale 
• A relaxation of 5% of marks from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent lessening of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled and other groups of candidates

PICT Pune Admission Process

PICT Pune is offering admissions for two levels of PICT Pune Courses. Admission is available to 3 UG and 4 PG programmes at the PICT Pune. Before submitting an application for PICT Pune Admission. 

The candidate need to pass an entrance exam, such as the MHT CET, JEE Main, or GATE. Academic merit and entrance exam outcomes will be combined to determine PICT Pune admission. The shortlisted candidates must attend the counselling session.

PICT Pune M.E Admission 2024

• PICT Pune official website has an online application form that candidates need to complete.
• On the basis of their GATE scores, the students will get shortlisted for the interview round. This is the next step in the PICT Pune Admissions Process.
• Final admission to the PICT Pune will be based on the student’s performance in the GATE exam.
• Then the seat allocation, document verification round, and the payment of PICT Pune Course Fees
