PSG College of Arts and Science Coimbatore is a public university established in 1947 and affiliated with Bharathiar University. The college is approved by UGC and accredited by NAAC with A grade. PSGCAS encourages deep research and lifelong learning in the fields of Arts, Sciences, Humanities, Management, Computer Science, Social Science and Life Sciences. The college provides 47 UG Programmes, 4 BVoc Programmes, 31 PG Programmes, 1 Five year Integrated PG Programme, 3 PG Diploma Programmes, M. Phil and Ph. D Programmes are offered in 24 disciplines. In addition to this, 12 Career Oriented Add-On courses are offered for enhancing the life skills of students.
The college is also ISO certified and was ranked 20th by NIRF in 2023.
