NMD College of Arts Commerce Gondia Admission Process:

1. Candidates seeking admission to various classes should follow the Admission schedule which will be notified.
2. The application form should be filled in by the candidate in his/her own legible handwriting and should be signed by the candidate parent / guardian at the appropriate place.
3.  A merit list will be displayed on the college notice board.
4. The selected students will have to pay the required fee immediately or within the time limit prescribed by the college otherwise the admission will be prone to cancellation.
5. The admission rules and the fees structure may change as per the directives of the University / State Govt. and it shall be binding on a student.
6. Admission to backward class students and girls will be as per the Govt. Rules.
7. Students wishing to take admission in professional courses can reserve their seats by taking provisional admission.
8. Students are advised to see the college notice board for any change in the admission procedure or any other relevant information.
9. No admission will be given on duplicate T.C.Re-admission.
10. Re admission in the same class will be given if the seats are available on payment of additional fee along with prescribed fees. No concession in fees will be available to such students.

1. Submission and acceptance of the form does not mean any assurance of admission.
2. Only one person will be allowed to enter the college premises for submission of form.
3.  All the particulars asked for in the admission form should be properly filled in and the required number of documents and/or certificates are attached, otherwise no admission form will be
4. Full name (in capital letters) Birth date, Birth place, Nationality and Caste should be written exactly as mentioned in the school leaving certificate.
5. Those students who do not secure admission by paying fees on the day, date and time specified will lose their claim for admission. No claim in this respect will be entertained later for any reason whatsoever.
6. All admissions are provisional. They will be confirmed only after the verification of documents submitted.
7. The Principal reserves the right to make necessary changes in the details of admission-procedure depending on the circumstances prevailing during the days of admission.
