- Work Experience: Candidates with prior work experience are given extra weightage.
- Personal Interview (PI): Crucial for final selection, focusing on communication skills, leadership qualities, and overall personality.

- Written Ability Test (WAT): In some cases, a writing ability test is also conducted to gauge analytical and writing skills.

Key Factors Influencing Cutoffs:
- Entrance Exam Difficulty: Harder exams generally result in lower cutoffs.
- Number of Applicants: Higher competition can increase the cutoff.
- Available Seats: NDIM offers 240 seats in its PGDM program.
- Previous Year Trends: Cutoffs can change depending on trends in performance and competition.
Weightage for Final Admission:
- Entrance Exam Scores: 30-40%
