NSB Academy Placement Process
NSB Academy has a systematic and well-structured placement process to help students find the best job opportunities during their program. The process is as follows:
Pre-placement talks: NSB Academy organizes pre-placement talks with companies so that students and recruiters can interact and learn more about each other. Company representatives give a 45-minute session to introduce their organization and highlight the strengths and opportunities they offer to NSB students. Q&A sessions are also held to help students better understand the organization and its requirements.
Student application: After learning about the company and its offerings, NSB students can apply for placements that match their career interests. Applications can be made on company-provided forms or as resumes, depending on the company’s requirements. Applications are then forwarded to the company within the specified deadline. Companies then evaluate the applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
Shortlists: After shortlisting the candidates, companies send the lists to the CRD office at least one week before the final placement interviews begin. Shortlisted candidates are then interviewed and given job offers.
Selection process: Candidates who pass the interview rounds are offered jobs by the companies. Students can accept the offer based on the institute’s placement policy.
Final offer: Finally, companies send formal offer letters to the CRD office.
NSB Academy placement training: NSB Academy provides placement training to its students from the day they start classes. The academy believes in preparing students for their future careers.
Placement training at NSB Academy Bangalore includes refining and sharpening students’ communication, presentation, aptitude, and attitudinal skills. The academy conducts group discussions, mock interviews, and interview FAQs to help students grab opportunities when they come their way.
Pre-placement training and career coaching are part of the NSB Academy curriculum. The academy teaches students how to write a strong resume and prepares them for rigorous interviews and hidden career opportunities.
As soon as students enroll and start attending first-semester classes, the management conducts a skill assessment and takes measures to improve their skills. In the second semester, the management reassesses students’ skills and provides need-based training. In the third semester, students receive specialized training based on their areas of interest.

Placement: The placement cell of NSB is passionate about placing each and every student in the domain of the student’s interest in case of both internship and regular job. To my opinion NSB placement cell is one among them who personally calls the students and asks to attend the interviews. The institution makes sure that all the students are well placed even before they finish their degree.

Faculty: My favorite teachers at NSB are Sridhar sir and Srinidhi sir . Both of them bring in great energy and wisdom to the class. The way they teach is incredible and amazing. You get to learn a lot in their classes . Time just flies when you listen to them . It is not just academics but they also talk about values in life. They treat their students like friends. They are so motivating and encouraging that every time you talk any of them , you feel so energized. I feel lucky and blessed that I am a part of this institute .

Faculty: Professor Sridhara Murthy – Erudite faculty member of marketing management with up to date knowledge about present scenario of the global business market. He is an open book for the subject what he teaches. I NEVER need to do any extra reading for the examination. Prof Sridhara Murthy Sir is an extremely kind hearted personality with terrific sense of humor. I can say attending his classes were my most memorable days during my NSB tenure.
Professor Sreeranjan Menon – A young, dynamic, well organized passionate and enthusiastic faculty member of marketing management. The best part of Prof Sreerajan Sir’s teaching is that he comes to class with clear conception and lot of live examples regarding the subject he is teaching. If he faces some doubts during his teaching, he comes over prepared to clear the doubts in the next class. His way of teaching is so simple that a student without business background can master the subject very easily. Sreeranjan Sir is also an enthusiast about cultural affairs and every other extracurricular activities of NSB family.
