NIT Patna is offering a 4 year long BTech program under 6 different specializations via regular mode. NITP is charging a total fee of INR 5.7 Lakhs for its B.Tech program.

NIT Patna MURP Admissions 2024

NITP is offering a 2-year MURP (Master of Urban and Regional Planning) program with a total fee of around INR 1.7 Lakhs. In order to be eligible for this program of NIT, candidates need to have a BArch degree and must have attained a minimum of 60% or a CGPA of 6.5 during their undergraduate studies.

As per NIT Patna, the selection process for the MURP program will be based on the candidates’ GATE Exam rankings. The final JEE Main Cutoff for NIT Patna has been concluded. These cutoffs are used to admit students into BTech, BArch, and Integrated BTech courses at the UG level. In 2024 we saw that JEE Main was concluded after 5 rounds and CSAB conducted 2 additional rounds to fill out the vacant seats.
Every year we see the same trend that more and more students aim to get into the BTech CSE. The 2024 closing Cutoff for BTech CSEc was 14442 for the general all-India category. The First round Cutoff was 12205.

Ratan Kumar Sinha

Ratan Kumar Sinha is an Indian physicist who serves as the Chairman of Atomic Energy Commission of India.[2][3] Sinha, then Director of the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), took over as the new Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) and Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) on 30 April 2012.[4] Sinha assumed the charge from Srikumar Banerjee, who headed the AEC for the prior two and a half years. Sinha was succeeded by Shekhar Basu as the New Director of the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre.
