NIT Durgapur Fees & Courses
The NIT Durgapur currently has 4000 students enrolled, 14 departments, 5 centres of excellence, 224 faculty members, and. NIT Durgapur Admission starts on the 4th of November 2022, the online admission/ enrollment were open for all the students who wish to apply for NIT Durgapur Courses based upon the cutoffs and the eligibility criteria of the institute. From November 9th to the 11th of November the students were required to report to the hostel and the classes for various courses began on the 14th of November.

NIT Durgapur Admission Procedure
- Click on the link on the official website admission tab.
- One window will open
- Click on ‘B. Tech.’ as relevant.
- Enter your DOB in the format dd/mm/yyyy and Admission ID as indicated below.
- Your admission ID will be the following: JoSAA/CSAB 2022 allotted candidates - “JEE Main Application ID”. SII / ICCR – SII/ICCR Reference Number DASA / MEA – Shall be intimated to individual candidates
- Click on ‘Submit’- On the next page fill up the details in the appropriate fields.
- Click on ‘Save and Continue’ – On the following page upload the requisite documents similar to that you have done in the JOSAA/CSAB/DASA/ICCR/SII, etc.
- First Click on ‘Save’ and then ‘Next & Preview’- check and submit your details.
As you submit, you will see a message confirming your submission’s success. The NIT Durgapur Admission Committee must approve your application. Upon approval, you will get a message from pr@admin.nitdgp.ac.in with links to download your NIT Durgapur admissions documents. This could take two to three days. Following that, you will hear from the appropriate class teachers to begin the online academic activities.

NIT Durgapur Library
A contemporary central library at NIT Durgapur houses more than 1.7 lakh print volumes, including technical books, reports, standards, CDs, and back issues of journals. The library also offers reading rooms with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. This location is across from the High Voltage Laboratory. The library is an institutional member of the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL), Current Science Association, Bangalore, American Centre Library, Kolkata, and DELNET (Developing Library Network).
It is also a member of the INDEST-AICTE consortium, which offers desktop access to high-quality e-resources (online journals) like IEL Online (IEEE/IEE Electronic Library), Springer Verlag’s Link, Proquest, ACM journals, ASCE, ASME, Nature Magazine, Indian Standards (Intranet version), and ASTM journals & Standards, among others.
