National Institute of Technology (NIT), Delhi Cutoff
Latest Updates: The NIT Delhi Cutoff 2024 will made public after the JoSAA Counselling results are out. The registration for the NIT Delhi JoSAA Counselling are expected to start from 10th June 2024.
JoSAA conducts 6 rounds of counselling and an additional 2 rounds for NIT will be organised by the CSAB. The NIT Delhi JEE main Cutoff 2024 will be the Opening and Closing ranks for all the categories under the AI Quota. Students often find the Past year data useful in estimating the current year cutoff.
JEE Main Session 2 Results have been released, students can log on to the NTA website and find out their score. MTech Course is done based on GATE COAP 2024. The Round 2 allotment has been made public. The last date for students to decide whether to accept, freeze, retain, wait etc is 22nd May 2024 at 9 am. The GATE COAP 2024 Round 3 results have been released today i.e. May 27th 2024.
About NIT Delhi: NIT Delhi was established in the year 2010. It provides courses in undergraduate and post graduate in subjects like Engineering, Science and tech, Management, Social Science and Humanities. The college has also been ranked 51 by NIRF 2023 for BTech courses.
NIT Delhi Cutoff 2024
NIT Delhi Cutoff is the minimum mark that is required for students to get admission into the various programs offered by the institute. The admission to the BTech program is based on the JEE main Marks and JoSAA Counseling, which is usually is of 6 rounds. There are two extra rounds for NITs by CSAB.
The Cutoff is calculated based on factors like past cutoff trends, the difficulty level of the JEE exam, the number of applicants and others. NIT Delhi JEE Main Cutoff 2024 acts as a screening process for counselling and seat allotment to offer admission to candidates. Moreover, the NIT Delhi JEE Main 2024 cutoff marks will differ as per the state quota of the applicant.
The Cutoff 2024 can be estimated from last year's cutoff, the last year's closing ranks was 11417 for the general category. For BTech ECE the last year closing round was 16952. And as far as the general Home home state quota for ECE is concerned the closing rank was 36306.
Quick Highlights:
- NIT Delhi Cutoff for OBC 2023 for BTech CSE was 16483 and 47452 for AI and home state Quota respectively.
- In order of competitiveness, the most competitive course was Btech CSE and the second most was ECE with the last closing rank of 21786.
- The last closing rank for the same in the home state quota stood at 60906.
