For B.Tech, the JEE Main closing ranks have steadily increased, with programs like Computer Science and Engineering witnessing a closing rank rise from 29,869 in 2022 to 47,057 in 2024, reflecting a shift in demand and competition. Similarly, cutoffs for Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering have evolved, marking an essential indicator for students aiming to secure seats in these disciplines.
For postgraduate programs, M.Tech cutoffs are based on GATE scores. The closing ranks for M.Tech in CSE remained steady at 393 between 2023 and 2024. VLSI and Embedded Systems experienced slight fluctuation, moving from 350 in 2023 to 355 in 2024.
