MANAGE Hyderabad Placement Report 

MANAGE Hyderabad reported 100% placement with the trend continuing from previous years. The PGDM-ABM students of the batches 2022 and 2023 have been placed successfully. Both the batches reported salient salary packages and one or two top recruiters from multiple sectors, along with new companies participated in the drive.

Key Placement Highlights :

• 100% Placement Rate: MANAGE has been able to achieve 100 per cent placement for the batches of 2022 and 2023.
• Highest Salary Package: The highest offered salary in 2023 was INR 45.50 LPA. The salary package increased compared to 2022, rising by INR 18 LPA.
• Average Salary Package: Average salary offered in 2023 is at INR 12.16 LPA, which saw an uptick from INR 11.51 LPA in 2022.
• International Offers:66 students received international offers in 2023.
• First-Time Recruiters: Nine companies participated for the first time in the 2022 placement season.
• Major Recruiters: Some of the key companies from whom placement was offered to our students, who are participating in MANAGE's placement drive, include ITC, PwC, BigBasket, Godrej, Adventz, IDFC First Bank and Coromandel.

Year-Wise Trends (2019-2023):

MANAGE Hyderabad has performed steadily in terms of placement percentage and salary packages. The highest salary package in the 2023 placement drive was INR 45.50 LPA while last year it remained at INR 18 LPA.

Sector-Wise Placement Overview:

MANAGE Hyderabad. MBA. The process of on-campus recruitments saw participation from a wide array of industries. BFSI, Agricultural Inputs, Consulting, Retail, Government Agencies, and FMCG remained the major recruiters. Again, BFSI hogged the maximum chunk with lion's share of the students graduating out each year.

Notable Recruiters:

Regular visitors to the campus for recruitment have been several prominent organizations and companies. In 2023, the most frequent recruiters included ITC, PwC, Coromandel, IDFC First Bank, BigBasket, NeML, and Sresta. First-time recruiters in 2022 were Adani Wilmar, Noveltech Feeds, and IDFC Bank.

MANAGE Hyderabad Placement Report - Batch Profile (2019-2021):

The batch profile of MANAGE Hyderabad for the years 2019-2021 consisted of 66 students, nearly equal males and females. The largest majority of students in the batch was from a background of B.Sc Agriculture while most had just completed their graduation and had no earlier work experience.

Summer Internship Placements 2022:

MANAGE Hyderabad could place all its students in summer internships. A total of 23 companies participated in the placement drive. Some of the top recruiters for summer internships included Godrej Agrovet, Coromandel, ICRISAT, and UPL.

The alumni network of MANAGE Hyderabad is vast where students are working presently in all prestigious organizations such as PI Industries Ltd, Godrej Agrovet Ltd, Indian Bank, Froots Technologies, HDFC Bank, etc.
