Narayana Business School, Ahmedabad commenced its establishment in the year 2001. The college is approved by AICTE and it is also UGC approved.

The college offers PGDM, MBA + PGPCE and Executive PGDM course to its students. Additionally, it also offers Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) to the graduate students.

Admission criteria of Narayana Business School

Admission into PGDM and MBA + PGPCE is based on marks obtained in entrance exam NBSAT. The eligibility of the courses is a graduation degree with 50% marks.

A candidate aspiring to join a PGDM or MBA programs offered by Narayana Business School (NBS) has to undertake Narayana Business School Admission Test (NBSAT) – Proctored online test 2022.

NBSAT (NBS aptitude test), a management entrance exam of Narayana Business School, which determines the candidate’s ability in Quantitative Techniques (QT), Data Interpretation & Data Adequacy (DI & DA), Vocabulary, Analytical Reasoning (AR) and Reading Comprehension (RC).

NBSAT Application Dates 2022:

NBSAT is mandatory for all the courses offered by the institute. Mentioned below is the NBSAT eligibility for the candidates:

• Candidate should be a graduate from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes) at graduation.
• Candidates appearing for the final year of the bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications and are awaiting results can also apply.
• The candidate must have studied Mathematics/Statistics at class XII level. Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, Computer Applications or Statistics would be an added advantage for PGDM-DS-A program.
• The candidate must have studied Mathematics/Statistics at class XII level. Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics or economics would be an added advantage for PGDM-QF program.
• There is no minimum or maximum work experience required to apply for NBS programs. However, having work experience will be an add on advantage for the students selection.

NBSAT 2022 Exam Pattern:

NBSAT Evaluation criteria:

Students will be evaluated on the following parameters:

• NBSAT Score (out of 100, scale down to 50 marks) – 50
• Academic Performance & Prior Work Experience – 20
• Group Discussion – 15
• Personal Interview – 15

The cut off for shortlisting is calculated separately for each program based on her/his overall NBSAT Score.

NBSAT Exam Important Guidelines:

• The candidate is required to report online by 10:45 a.m. to undergo, user ID, password and ID proof verification.
• After 11.00 AM, no candidate will be allowed to appear for the NBSAT 2022.
• Duration of the test is 120 minutes, i.e. from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.
• The NBSAT 2022 will automatically close at 1.00 pm. NO EXTRA TIME, under any circumstances, will be given to a candidate.
• The candidate found using any unfair means will forfeit her/his chance of being considered for admission and will be debarred from receiving NBSAT 2022 scores.
• The scores published by the NBS shall be final and shall not be subject to any appeal or revaluation.
