Each classroom has smart boards, the library has all kinds of books to quench the thirst for knowledge The college provides guest faculty and in-house faculty who are just a call away when it comes to addressing the problems of students. They come with rich industry experience and expertise. The curriculum is designed in such a manner that it prepares the students to face the challenges of corporate life. The students gain both theoretical and industry knowledge before they start in the industry. Lexicon MILE also supports the entrepreneurial views and start-up ideas of students. The course here costs approximately 8.30 lakhs for 2 years curriculum. And I do feel that the money is worth it because it provides a 9-month paid internship for all the students studying here. Considering the time factor, no other institute provided for a nine-month training program and theoretical knowledge simultaneously. Other factors include one-on-one student interaction, mentor-mentee programs, and a lively crowd followed by cultural activities. Faculty members provide proper guidance and support. The college has been achieving 100% placement with top-notch organizations such as Amazon and TIAA. SG Analytics, Eclerx Treebo, Allied Treebo, Analytics, AGS, etc. with an average package of around 6-8.5 LPA. The highlight of Lexicon MILE is the 10-day induction comprising outbound sessions and many other different activities that prepare you mentally and physically to enter the corporate world. Moreover, it is a student-driven college that gives students practical management knowledge that will help them in the future. The college also organizes events that provide students with real-life experiences, exposure, and a chance to meet various corporate houses. Change is the only constant phenomenon, as the adage goes, and this is especially true when it comes to educational institutions. With so many changes happening all the time, Lexicon MILE makes it easier for students to adapt by organizing many events, such as the Gala Night, TEDx, International Conferences & various business conclaves. |
