The Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM) offers a post-graduate diploma and fellowship program in management studies. The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is its flagship program. All PGDM admissions at LBSIM Delhi are determined only by entrance, which includes CAT, XAT, and GMAT scores. The first admission stage is determined by the LBSIM cut-off, followed by a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview.

Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management Selection Criteria

  1. Candidates get shortlisted based on the entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, and GMAT scores. Other prerequisites such as past academic standing and employment experience (if any) also need to be submitted.
  2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the Group Discussion, Written Analysis Test, and Personal Interview.
