Khalsa College of Engineering & Technology was established in 2009 by the legendary Khalsa College Charitable Society. It is located in Amritsar, Punjab. AICTE approves this College and is affiliated with the IKG Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. NAAC accredits the college with a grade of ‘A’. The college campus spans over 16.27 acres of land in the posh locality of Ranjit Avenue, adorned with lush greenery and modern infrastructure.
KCET provides technical education at undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma levels. At the UG level, it offers B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, BHMCT, and B.Tech (LEET). At the PG level, M.Sc, MBA, and MCA. Diploma Courses include Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. For admission to Engineering programs, 85% of the seats are reserved for candidates from within the state of Punjab, and the remaining 15% are open for candidates from other states.
Admission to the engineering programs at KCET is based on an entrance examination i.e. JEE. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website of the KCET where they can go for the option of ‘Admission’ to fill out the application form.
