International School of Design Career Development Cell
INSD wants to raise the level of education for students and get them ready to show what they can do in the Design Industry. A lot of well-known people in the field come to the Institute to give seminars and workshops where students can connect with them and learn from them.
INSD helps students learn the things they need to know and be able to do to succeed in a world that changes quickly. As a global center of design and creation, students work together with each other, business partners, and communities from all over the world. All of INSD’s business partners help the school prepare and inspire students to make the world a better place.
The objectives of the placement cell are-
i)To be in touch the students with the industry.
ii) Provide complete training on technical skills as well as soft skills.
iii) Dealing with matters concerning professional placement of pass-outs.
iv) Maintaining contact with industry and brings to the notice of students’ industrial training, and classroom project.
v) Professional experience before completion of courses such as industrial training, classroom projects and training for group discussion-personal interviews also falls under the purview of the placement cell.
vi) The industry is invited for preplacement talks during which they need to give a presentation of their company profile, recruitment needs, remuneration package, and so on. This is followed by interviews of interested students at a later stage.
