Institute of Management Studies is located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It was established on August 21, 1969, under the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya as a management wing of the University. The Institute offers BBA and MBA courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, respectively.
IMS DAVV Admission Procedure 2024
The Institute offers BBA in 2 specializations at the undergraduate level with an intake of 60 students. Admission will be done based on the CET examination conducted by the University. The CET exam is conducted in the last week of June every year.
IMS Indore Courses include degrees in MBA and Executive MBA under different specializations. Admission to MBA is given through MPMJET (Madhya Pradesh Management Joint Entrance Test)/ ATMA/CET). MBA Distance Education admission is done through counseling (entrance test is conducted only when the number of applications exceeds the total number of seats available). For MBA Executives, admission is done based on an advertisement given by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
The institute also provides a degree in a Ph.D. program in management studies for 3 years and an M.Phil program in management for 2 years.

For admission in Ph.D. and M.Phil programs, the candidate must have a master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized University.
