Institute of Business Management & Research, Kolkata, West Bengal Admission 2025-2026: Process, How to Apply, Dates

1. MAT (administered by AIMA), or JEMAT (administered by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology) exams, as well as their percentage of marks in the undergraduate and postgraduate degree exams.
2. Performance will also be evaluated using GD and Pl, which will take place on IBMR property. Dates for GD/Pl will be revealed later.
3. The provision of authentic testimonies is mandatory during the admission process. At the time of admission, the original MAT/JEMAT score card must be turned in, with the candidate maintaining at least one copies with them. At the time of admission, three passport-size pictures must be submitted: one for the exam department, one for the identity card, and one for the library card.
4. In addition to MAKAUT students, the original migration certificate must be obtained from the university where the candidate completed their most recent degree. It must be submitted in original form to the examination department within a month of the candidate’s admission date, with at least one photocopy being retained by the candidate. The admission committee’s choice about admission is final.

How to Apply?

• Candidates need to fill the online application form through the application form link.
• Candidates should make sure that the data entered by them is correct, failure of which can lead to rejection/ dismissal of admission..
• Admission fees, i.e., Rs. 1000 has to be paid by the candidate for MBA and BBA but for the MHA course candidates need to submit the fees of Rs. 3000/-

Admissions are granted to the qualified candidates through GD and interview at Institute’s campus. Candidates have to take the application forms and prospectus on payment of Rs. 500/- cash or Rs. 550/- by DD in favor of “Institute of Business Management & Research” payable at Kolkata.
