IIT Guwahati Admissions 2025

IIT Guwahati Admission 2025 for the B.Tech will start soon. The JEE Advanced 2025 exam is scheduled for 18 May 2025. Registration will start in April 2025. The JEE Mains 2025 will held from 22 January 2025 to 31 January 2025. Candidates must qualify for the JEE Mains exam to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. After qualifying for the exam, candidates will be called for JoSAA counseling for seat allotments in the desired IITs.

IIT Guwahati also offers a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) course. To get admitted to this course candidates must qualify for the UCEED 2025 exam. IIT Bombay will conduct the UCEED 2025 exam on 19 January 2025. IIT Guwahati offers PG and doctoral courses too. It offers M.tech, M.Sc, MBA, M.Des, and MA courses for which GATE, IIT JAM, CAT, CEED, and GATE exams, respectively.

IIT Guwahati M.tech Admission 2025 will start soon. The GATE 2025 exam is scheduled for 1, 2, 15, and 16 Feb 2025. Candidates must qualify for the GATE 2025 cutoff to get admitted to the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. IIT Guwahati also offers a Ph.D. and dual degrees in M.tech + Ph.D. and M.Sc + Ph.D.

IIT Guwahati Admissions 2025: B.Tech

IIT Guwahati B.Tech Admission is based on the JEE Advanced 2025 exam. Before appearing for the exam, candidates must qualify for the JEE Mains 2025 exam, which will be held from 22 January 2025 to 31 January 2025. Candidates will appear for the JoSAA Counselling after the JEE Advanced exam. During the counseling, qualified candidates can choose their desired branch and institute based on their merits.

IIT Guwahati B.Tech Cutoff 2025 will be released in June 2025. The JEE Advanced 2025 exam is scheduled for 18 May 2025. However, the overall B.Tech cutoff in 2024 ranges from 623 to 9178 rank. The B.Tech CSE closing rank was 6023 in the JEE Advanced 2024 results.

IIT Guwahati Admissions 2025: B.Design

IIT Guwahati B.Des Admission is based on the UCEED 2025 exam. IIT Bombay conducted the UCEED 2025 on 19 January 2025. The results are expected to be released on 7 March 2025. The duration of the program is 4 years. The IITs participating in the UCEED 2025 exam for B.Des admissions are IIT Bombay IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur.

IIT Guwahati Cutoff 2025 for the B.Des program is expected to be released soon. However, the IIT Guwahati B.Des Cutoff for the general category is 80 in the UCEED 2024 exams.

MBA Admissions 2025 has already started. The institute has invited applications from candidates with valid CAT scores and graduation merit on or before 19 February 2025. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree with 60 % of Marks in any discipline.
