IIT Delhi (IITD) Placement 2024
IIT Delhi Placement 2024: The 2024-25 academic year placement process has officially begun at IIT Delhi, with Phase 1 running until December 15, 2024. The Core (Technical) sector led the placements, accounting for 36.6% of the total student placements, followed by the IT and Analytics sectors with 20.7% and 10.9%, respectively. During the 2024 placements, IIT Delhi received 1,222 job offers and 741 unique internship offers.
According to recent reports, Phase 1 of the 2024 IIT Delhi placements has already seen 1,050 offers (including PPOs), with 1,000 students being uniquely selected. Additionally, over 50 international offers were extended by approximately 20 global companies during this phase. The Core (Technical) sector dominated, contributing to 20.7% of placements. As per unofficial sources, the Average Package offered during the 2023 placements at IIT Delhi was INR 21.9 LPA.
The recruiters that regularly visit the institute are Reckitt Benckiser, Synergy Consulting, Wipro, Shell, Rockwell Automation, Texas Instruments, ICICI Bank, and other companies that are returning to DMS to provide students with full-time opportunities.
