- The payment of fees should be made either in cash or a Demand Draft issued in favor of IIT BHU.
- Candidates need to issue a draft in favor of the university to pay the course fee.

- Candidates can directly transfer money from their bank account to the university's bank account through NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS without physically visiting the IIT BHU campus.
