Option - I
Download the Form and Admission Brochure
Deposit the amount specified for the particular course over online mode through Debit/Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking/Bharat-QR and submit Form duly filled in.
Please courier/speed post the hard copy of completed Application Form, copy of Payment slip and copies of all applicable documents to –
IISWBM, Management House,
College Square West,
Kolkata-700 073
The originals will be needed for Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.
No application will be entertained if the form reaches the Institute after the mentioned last date.
Option - 2
Collect the Application Form and Admission Brochure against cash payment of the amount specified for the particular course from the reception counter of IISWBM.
Follow the mentioned last date for the issue and submission of the completed Admission Forms.
