IIM Indore Summer Placements 2025 recorded an impressive hike in the packages, which saw large participation from industry-leading recruiters. The Consulting and IT/Analytics sectors were the main contributors accounting for 24% and 23% of the placements, respectively. Finance was the largest contributor to the total, while recruiters came from global banks such as Barclays as well as Goldman Sachs.
The Highest stipend was Rs. 6.6 Lakhs, with the Average Stipend being Rs. 2.25 Lakhs. Students also had access to a wide range of work experiences and 42 percent of MBA applicants had prior professional experience. The top 100 as well as the 200 students received average salaries of Rs. 3.97 Lakhs and Rs. 3.49 Lakhs respectively, further confirming the institution's relationships with industry.
