Latest Updates: Around 100% of candidates were placed following the IIM Bangalore Placements 2023. A total of 606 offers—14 of which were international—were offered to 512 participating students for the PGP + PGPBA class of 2021-23, by 164 recruiters. Out of 94 offers for lateral positions made during the 2023 placements, 82 were accepted.

IIM Bangalore Placement 2024 concluded with a total of 572 offers made to the 517 students. The Average and Median Package during the IIM Bangalore placement 2024 stood at INR 32.5 LPA and INR 35.92 LPA, respectively. A total of 42% of the offers during IIM Bangalore PGP placements 2024 were made in the Consulting domain, making it the top recruiting sector.
Some of the top recruiters at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore were Adani Group, Paytm, Microsoft, Cogoport, Jio Platform, Accenture, and BCG. This year participation of companies from overseas locations like Europe, Dubai, and Singapore was also seen. On the other hand, the Average and Median packages offered for the EPGP program stood at INR 34.33 LPA and INR 33 LPA, respectively.
Furthermore, the IIM Bangalore PGP and PGPBA received 602 offers during the Summer Placement 2025. 171 recruiting companies visited the campus during IIM Bangalore PGP summer placements for the 2023-25 batch.
