Indian Institute of Management (IIMA),Placement Highlights 2024

IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placements 2025: IIMA concluded its summer placements on November 18, 2024, for the MBA Batch 2026, with 394 students placed across 25 cohorts. Over 3 clusters, 159 companies participated in the process, including 51 new recruiters, an increase from 12 recruiters in 2023 to 159 companies, including 51 new recruiters. Several industry giants, including Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, Hindustan Unilever, and emerging players like BNP Paribas took part in the placement.

The IIM Ahmedabad MBA-PGPX placements 2024 have concluded, and approximately 124 students have been hired. IIM Ahmedabad has reported that its Highest Package is INR 54.8 LPA. A total of 121 offers were accepted during the PGPX Placement. The Median Package offered during IIMA Placement 2024 was INR 35 LPA, while the Average Package was INR 36 LPA.

Amazon, Browserstack, Matrix Partners, Extramarks, Microsoft, Oracle, Paytm, Sprinklr, Olam, Swiggy, Infoedge, Oyo, FinIQ, M3M, Tech Mahindra, Google, Arpwood Capital, Kepler Cannon, and Kigali Labs were some of the few of the companies that took part in the laterals process.

Best college To Study along with Personal development

Placement: Placements were excellent. IIM A has cluster system (with companies of same field arriving on same day), almost 40% of batch I guess had offers by the end of cluster 1 (I. e. Consulting & Finance firms), including PPOs and lateral offers. 100% of students got placed. The highest, the lowest and Average can’t be calculated since a number of companies don’t give salary details in the Job Description Forms. But the highest for domestic would definitely be more than or equal to 50 LPA. Around 100+ firms participated across Consulting, Finance, Marketing, General Management, Technology, and BFSI profiles. Consulting took maximum students, my guess would be ~ 100. 100% of students got internships as it is a mandatory requirement. Stipend details are not shared by companies, but the highest domestic will ~ 3.5 lacs. Yes, there is a placement cell. It is responsible for ensuring internships and placements for all interested students.

Topmost mba college

Placement: Placements are no doubt best here. The average salary is around 15-16 LPA and if totally depends on you what you are capable of.

While the majority of faculty members are exceptional, there may be occasional variations in teaching styles and effectiveness. Additionally, access to some professors for one-on-one guidance can be limited due to their busy schedules

Best college To Study along with Personal development

Faculty: Faculty is probably the best aspect of IIM A. They are well qualified and extremely knowledgeable. The fields of faculty members varies across Marketing, Finance, Public Policy, Economics, Information Systems. The teaching is completely case based and focuses on application of learned concepts. The scope of industry exposure is through internships or if someone wants to try their hands on a live project, there is a student body dedicated to pitching projects to be taken up by groups of students. Also, the incubation centre of IIM A is amongst the best in the country, if someone is interested in entrepreneurship.
