The admission process for IIM Amritsar is mentioned below:

• Registration and Application: Students must register and fill out the admission application form available on the official website of IIM Amritsar. The application will be complete when a student pays the registration fees.
• College Selection Process: Students who have filled out the application form, can check the IIM Amritsar CAT qualifier cut-off. Those who have cleared the cut-off will be called for WAT/PI as the next admission stage.
• Admission Call: Students who clear all the rounds of the admission process, i.e. the cut-off, WAT, and personal interview,  will get the admission call from the institute.
• Report at College Campus: Selected students must report to the college campus and pay the admission fees to confirm their admission at IIM Amritsar.

The MBA Program at IIM Amritsar is a 2-year program that accepts applicants depending on their CAT results. IIM Amritsar provides an MBA in Business Analytics and an MBA in Human Resources in addition to its MBA (General). How to Download CAT Admit Card?

Candidates must possess their login credentials for CAT 2024 admit card download as it can only be downloaded through online mode. Below are the steps to download the CAT admit card:

• Visit the official website of the CAT MBA exam - iimcat.ac.in 2024. 
• Navigate to and click on the ‘Login' button. 
• Enter your CAT 2024 Login Credentials - cat application number and password.
• Enter the security number or captcha code and click on ‘Submit'.
• The screen will display the CAT admit card.
• Candidates must download and take a printout of the same for future reference.

IIM Amritsar Important Dates

IIM Amritsar MBA/MBA BA/MBA HR Admission 2025

Eligibility: Candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. 

Admission Procedure: 

1. Candidates have to fill out the CAT registration form and apply to IIM Amritsar by filling out the same application form. 
2. Candidates have to appear in the CAT exam 2024.
3. On the basis of the Pre-PI Score which is evaluated by CAT Score, 10th Board marks, 12th Board marks,  gender diversity, and work experience, the candidate will be shortlisted for PI. 
4. The shortlisted candidates will be called by IIM Amritsar for the PI Round. After the PI round, the candidate will be evaluated by the panelist and a post-PI score will be calculated based on PI scores, work experience, gender diversity, and academic diversity. 
5. On the basis of the Pre-PI score and Post-PI score of the candidate, the final merit list will be prepared.

How to Apply?

Step 1: Candidates have to visit the official website of CAT and fill out the official website - iimcat.ac.in 

Step 2: Navigate to and Click on ‘New Registration'. Enter your name, date of birth, nationality, mobile number, and email address to register.

Step 3: Select the IIM Amritsar as one of the reference colleges. 

Step 4: Proceed to make the payment of the CAT application fee via credit/debit card or net banking.

Step 5: Review the duly filled cat application form and click on ‘Submit'.
