IIIT Ranchi Admission Process

The IIIT Ranchi Admissions are ongoing for admission to its B.Tech and M.Tech programs. The institute offers B.Tech, M.Tech, and PhD courses in various specializations. JEE Main and GATE are the entrance exams accepted for IIIT Ranchi B.Tech admissions and IIIT Ranchi M.Tech admissions, respectively. GATE scores are also accepted for IIIT Ranchi PhD admissions. Final admissions are offered based on several parameters such as 10+2 marks, graduation marks, academic record, and entrance exam scores followed by counseling. IIIT Ranchi offers admission to B.Tech course which has a duration of 4 years. There are two specializations under the B.Tech course which are Computer Science and Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Candidates should have passed their 10+2 examination with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate and have the qualifying scores in JEE Main, to be eligible for IIIT Ranchi B.Tech Admissions 2024.

IIIT Ranchi M.Tech Admissions 2024

IIIT Ranchi offers admission to the M.Tech course which has a duration of 2 years. There are six specializations under the M.Tech course which are Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking and Innovation, Executive Embedded System & IoT, Autonomous Connected Electric Vehicles, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, and Embedded Systems & IoT. Candidates should have completed their graduation with a minimum of %5% marks in aggregate and have the qualifying scores in GATE, to be eligible for IIIT Ranchi M.Tech Admissions 2024.

IIIT Ranchi offers admission to the Ph.D. course in two specializations which are Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Candidates should have a master's degree in a relevant subject and have the qualifying scores in GATE, to be eligible for IIIT Ranchi Ph.D. Admissions 2024.

IIIT Ranchi Application Process 2024

The IIIT Ranchi application process for admission to its courses is listed down below:

For B.Tech Admission:

• Candidates should appear for the JEE Main exam based on which they can get admission to IIIT Ranchi
• Visit JEE Main's official website
• Enter all the details and register
• Now, log in using the password and application number, generated during the time of registration
• Complete the application by uploading the scanned documents
• Now pay the registration amount and take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future use.
• If the candidates qualify for the JEE Main, they will then register for JoSAA counseling

For M.Tech Admission:

• IIIT Ranchi M.Tech admissions are based on the GATE scores or the written test and interview conducted by the institute.
• Candidates can register for GATE through its official website
• Enter all the details, register, and then log in using the password and application number
• Complete the application by uploading the scanned documents and payment of the registration amount
• If the candidates qualify for the JEE Main, they will then register for CCMT counseling

• For IIIT Ranchi Ph.D. admissions, candidates should visit the official website of IIIT Ranchi and fill out the application form
• A 1000 rupees application payment should be done online or via demand draft
• Now, send the application form with the demand draft and other necessary documents to IIIT Ranchi.
