IIIT Bhagalpur Admissions

• IIIT Bhagalpur Admissions 2024 is open for admission to its B.Tech, M.Tech, and PG Diploma courses. Candidates can visit the official website of IIIT Bhagalpur and apply for admission to their desired course. However, they should have the basic eligibility to apply for the courses.
• Candidates should have completed their 10+2 with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate to apply to the IIIT Bhagalpur B.Tech course. The selection is based on the JEE Main scores of the individual.
• Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate to apply to the IIIT Bhagalpur M.Tech course and PG Diploma course. The selections for both courses are based on the GATE or Academic performance and written test+interview conducted by the institute.
• Candidates applying to the certificate courses at IIIT Bhagalpur should possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. The selection is based on the entrance exam and the institute's shortlisting procedure.

IIIT Bhagalpur Admissions: How to Apply?

The candidates should follow the steps mentioned below, for admission to IIIT Bhagalpur:

For B.Tech Admission

• Candidates should appear for the JEE Main exam based on which they can get admission to IIIT Bhagalpur
• Visit JEE Main's official website
• Enter all the details and register
• Now, login using the password and application number, generated during the time of registration
• Complete the application by uploading the scanned documents
• Now pay the registration amount and take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future use
• If the candidates qualify for the JEE Main, they will then register for JoSAA counseling.

For M.Tech Admission

• IIIT Bhagalpur M.Tech admissions are based on the GATE scores or the written test and interview conducted by the institute.
• Candidates can register for GATE through its official website
• Enter all the details, register, and then login using the password and application number
• Complete the application by uploading the scanned documents and payment of the registration amount.
• Candidates can also visit the institute's official website 
• Now they can apply for the M.Tech admission upon which they will be asked to appear for the written test, followed by a personal interview.

The IIIT Bhagalpur Placements 2024 updates are yet to be released whereas the IIIT Bhagalpur Placements 2023 and IIIT Bhagalpur Placements 2022 reports have already been released by the institute 

• The IIIT Bhagalpur 2023 placement rate stood at 95.4% and the IIIT Bhagalpur 2022 placement rate stood at 98.85%.
• During IIIT Bhagalpur Placements 2023, INR 46 LPA and INR 15.61 LPA were the highest and the average package offered, respectively. The top recruiters were Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, Samsung, etc.
• During IIIT Bhagalpur Placements 2022, INR 46 LPA and INR 12 LPA were the highest and the average package offered, respectively. The top recruiters were Amazon, Jio Digital Life, Microsoft, Media.net, etc.

IIIT Bhagalpur Cutoff

• Candidates should clear the JEE Main and GATE cutoffs for admission to the B.Tech and M.Tech courses respectively. The release of the cutoff list is followed by JoSAA counseling for admission to the B.Tech course and CCMT counseling for admission to the M.Tech course. 
• The IIIT Bhagalpur cutoff 2023 for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering stood at 32166 in the first round and 49435 in the final round for the general category.
• During the IIIT Bhagalpur cutoff 2022, the cutoff for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering stood at 30526 in the first round and 42877 in the final round for the general category.
• The IIIT Bhagalpur cutoff 2023 for M.Tech stood at 350 to 353 among which M.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science was the most sought-after specialization.
