• Applicants must have successfully completed their senior secondary school, Pre-University course, or an equivalent examination with Biology as the primary subject.

• Applicants must have passed their senior secondary school, Pre-University course, or an equivalent examination with an average minimum of 35% marks in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics.

• Applicants should have completed their senior secondary school, Pre-University course, or an equivalent exam with an average minimum of 35% marks.
• If opting for Physics as an optional subject in B.Sc., candidates must have Mathematics and Physics as main subjects.
• If choosing Statistics as an optional subject in B.Sc., candidates must have Mathematics and Statistics as main subjects.

• B.Sc. degree from Bangalore University or a recognized equivalent institution in any life science subject, with a minimum average of 50% marks in all optional subjects.

• B.Sc. degree from Bangalore University or a recognized equivalent institution in any life science subject, with an average minimum of 40% marks in all optional subjects.
• Chemistry and Biochemistry in B.Sc, along with Biology in PUC.

• B.Sc. degree from Bangalore University or an equivalent reputable institution in any life science field, with an average minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in all optional subjects.the 
• Chemistry, Biochemistry, Applied Botany, Botany, Applied Zoology, Zoology, Environmental Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Applied Genetics, or Sericulture.

• B.Sc. degree from Bangalore University or an equivalent reputable institution in any life science field, with a minimum average of 50% marks in all optional subjects.
• Mathematics in B.Sc and Biology in PUC.

• B.Sc. degree from Bangalore University or an equivalent reputable university in any life science subject,
