IILM Institute for Higher Education, founded in 1993 and accredited by the South Asia Quality Improvement System (SAQS), offers PGDM and Executive PGDM diplomas, as well as a BBA with four specializations. • The institute offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (EPGDM) programs. Candidates seeking admission to any of the programs must ensure that they meet the minimum educational qualification required by the institute.
• For admission to PGDM and EPGDM, the candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
• The entrance examinations are followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds conducted by the institute.
• The exact duration of EPGDM is fifteen months out of which twelve months are of classroom lectures and the remaining three months include practical training.
• Candidates applying for the EPDM course must hold a 5-year experience in managerial or supervisory.

Note* Candidates belonging to Reserved Categories (RC) are given 5% marks relaxation.

PGDM Eligibility Criteria

• A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution or university.
• A minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination (relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates).
