Admission Procedure of IEC Group of Institutions

The admission procedure is based on either an entrance examination or merit list released by the college. The candidates must register themselves on the official website of the college and fill the application form.

Admission to Undergraduate Programs

The IEC Group of Institutions Courses offer B. Tech, B. Pharm, and BHMTC programs at the undergraduate level. Out of these three programs, B. Tech program is offered under six different specializations and B. Pharm and BHMCT are offered in the field of Pharmacy and Hotel Management & Catering Technology respectively.

• Admission to B. Tech is done based on candidates' performance in JEE Main or UPSEE entrance examinations.
• Candidates seeking admission to B. Pharm is done based on merit along with personal interview round conducted at the college.
• Admission to B. Pharm may also be granted based on AKTU SEE examination which is conducted for student belonging to Uttar Pradesh state.

Eligibility Criteria

For B. Tech, the candidates must have passed senior secondary school with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.

• In the case of B. Pharm, candidates must have passed 10+2 with science securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• For admission to BHMCT, the candidates must have passed 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% marks.

Admission to Postgraduate Programs

The institution offers M. Tech, MBA, MCA, and M. Pharm programs at the postgraduate level. These programs are primarily offered in the field of Management Studies, Pharmacy, Computer Science, and Engineering & Technology.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in the relevant field in order to be eligible for admission to any postgraduate program.

• Candidates seeking admission to M. Tech must hold a valid score in GATE examination.
• Admission to MBA is done based on candidates' performance in CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA examination.
• For admission to M. Pharm, the candidates must appear in and qualify Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT).
• Candidates seeking admission to MCA are shortlisted based on the merit in the qualifying examination along with UPSEE examination.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria differ from one program to the other. The basic requirement for admission is to hold a bachelor's degree in the relevant field. 

• Admission to M. Tech requires 60% marks in B. Tech degree from a recognized university.
• For admission to MBA, the candidates must possess a bachelor's degree securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• For admission to MCA, the candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in the relevant field with Mathematics as one of the main subjects securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Note* Candidates who have completed M. Sc in Electronics Engineering are also eligible to apply for admission to M. Tech in Electronics Engineering.

Note* Candidates with an MCA degree or M. Sc in Computer Science/Information Technology are also eligible to apply for M. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering.

Application Procedure of IEC Group of Institutions

The application procedure of IEC Group of Institutions, Greater Noida can be accomplished through offline or online mode. In case of offline mode, the application form can be obtained from the admission office of the college or by visiting its official website.
