DAVV (Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya) has opened its portal for Admission 2023. Admissions for both UG and PG courses are now open, and will be done on the basis of CUET 2023. The exam dates and further details are out. You can check them here on CUET 2023
CUET UG will be conducted from 21st May 2023 to 31st May 2023 and CUET PG dates are expected to be around 5th June 2023 to 12th June 2023 . Keep an eye out for them.

Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, aka DAVV, is one of the most prominent central universities of India, established in 1964 and previously known as University of Indore, is situated in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. With the motto of improving the intellect of the youth provides admission to more than 200k students every year. Spanning over 700 acres of land and housing 264 colleges that are affiliated by DAVV Indore. Offering more than 200 courses spread across 30 departments. The courses include UG, PG and Research programs that students of DAVV can pick from. Admission Procedure of DAVV Indore
DAVV offers variety of courses in UG, PG and Doctorate programs, and almost all are based on Entrance exam like CUET for UG and PG, DET for Doctrate programs. There are a few exceptions in courses that are merit based like BA in Yogic Sciences, B.Pharm Lateral Entry , B.P.E.S and a few more.
And just like every other year, Admission 2023 of DAVV will be based on the entrance exam.
- Interested candidates have to clear the eligibility criteria and apply through university’s online portal for the admission. Through Admissions tab you can fill out the form
- Make sure to submit all the required document required for DAVV Counselling
- After that a valid CUET score for UG and PG are required for admission. With an exception in MBA where you have to clear the interview too
- If you are applying for PhD or other Doctorate programs, you should have a valid DET score to proceed further into the interview round. But for the candidates with JRF, or any other government/foreign research fellowship or MPhil degree are exempt from the entrance exam and are directly promoted to the interview round.

For 2023, as soon as the reports are out it will be updated. DAVV Indore does have a placement cell that conducts the placement drives every year. Also focusing on DAVV students to offer them employability skills and maintaining the quality of placements that happens in the university. And the university has shown promising results in placements, having a rise of 40% in average package offered compare to the year of 2021. With more students placed in year 2022 too. We expect the same for 2023.

Facilities offered by DAVV Indore
DAVV offers a lot of facilities to their students, and the campus life have been made easier. They have different buildings for Boys and Girls hostel, which includes mess too. And DAVV has their own seprate library that is home to a lot of books and journals, that students have access to all the time. They also have a separate departments for sports known as Directorate of Physical Education and Sports, which offers various sports, wellness and leisure activities for students to engage in.
