DAV College’s training and placement cell is truly focused and remarkable. On campus, the cell offers services such as career counselling, training, and job placement. Furthermore, the training and placement cell assists students in a variety of ways, including organizing campus interviews, arranging guest lectures, preparing students for interviews, organizing seminars and workshops, and making every effort to ensure that students have the necessary skills to be recruited by top-tier companies. To ensure that all students are kept up to speed on the college’s placement chances, the college provides SMS notifications to students informing them of the most recent and future placement opportunities on campus.

Students from DAV University Jalandhar’s 2022 batch have received job offers from renowned multinational companies such as Interview Kick Start, Microsoft, TCS, Practo, ITC, Veeba Foods, IDFC First Bank, Dmart, High Beam Global, VIVO, Advance Solutions, Sportking, Serva Education, VR Group, Rchilli, TOXSL Technologies, IOL chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited, Imperial Impact, Unison Industry, ALCOI INDIA, CODE. InterviewkickStart provided the highest package, which was 17 LPA. Microsoft made the second-highest bid of 12.50 LPA. All students have been assigned just to their core domains.
In the academic year 2018-19, the institution had a total of 244 placements. Many well-known Indian firms, including Wipro, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Amazon India, TCS, SBI Life, Times of India, CONCENTRIX, and others, have hired college students. Aside from placements, the college provides internships to final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Placement: There were many companies like Wipro, British Telecom, TCS etc.. comes here for the placements and I am waiting for them.
Faculty: Prof Amit Sharma was the favorite professor of mine in the college.
