B.Tech
Bengal Institute of Technology Courses include Bachelor of Technology programme under different specializations. Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Biotechnology and Information Technology are the specializations in the course. The course is offered for a duration of 4 years.
Eligibility Criteria for admission in B.Tech
The student willing to take admission in this course must have passed senior secondary school from a recognized University. Science stream in 12th is compulsory for the students. Final selection to the course will be based on the marks scored by the candidate in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE).
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board was constituted for the purpose of conducting Entrance Examination for admission to various institutions in West Bengal. The Board has the power to conduct common, competitive, entrance examinations for admission to the undergraduate, professional and vocational courses in any College or in any University in the State of West Bengal.
MCA
The Institute also offers master’s degree in computer applications. The duration of the course is 3 years.
Eligibility Criteria for admission to MCA
The students interested in pursuing Masters in Computer Application from the Institute must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from a recognized University. Selection to this course will be based on the marks scored by the candidates in the Entrance Examination conducted by the University.
