The Training & Placement department of BUIE has been running for more than 15 years and is considered as an important facilitator providing a bridge to the career aspirants.

The Training and Placement Cell provides exposure to students from their first year by organizing workshops, seminars, industrial visits, guest lectures by a dedicated team of professionals in accordance with TEQIP requirements and guidelines.

The Cell organizes regular vocational and industrial training, short Internship work arrangement platforms for 2nd & 3rd year students through regular mentoring and guidance from departmental faculty members who have rich industrial work experience. 

The T&P Cell provides a launch platform to the final year students by providing end to end services like grooming, counseling, preparing and managing their expectations to instill confidence in them to face the realities of the workplace by helping them secure entry level jobs before they pass out.

Training & Placement Cell occupies an important position as the brand building department of the institution. They reach out to prospective employers across the business spectrums and comprehend the industries’ requirement, matching it with the available student resources and providing both the recruiter and the career aspirant a cost effective and time efficient recruitment solution.
