The admission procedure of ACE is quite simple and easy. Following is the list of all the branches of engineering, the courses are offered in and the maximum intakes of each program,

Since Atharva College of Engineering offers B.Tech courses in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Information Technology. The eligibility criteria for taking admission to different undergraduate courses offered by the college are as following,
- Candidates seeking admission should have secured 50% marks in higher secondary school in science stream
- Or candidates should hold diploma in Engineering and Technology with minimum of 50% of marks
- Or should have passed B.Sc. degree from a recognized university with minimum of 50% of marks
For Lateral entry (taking admission to direct second year)
- Candidates should have passed Diploma course in Engineering and Technology with 45% of marks
- Should have passed B.Sc degree from recognized university UGC and should have attained at least 45% of marks and should have passed Mathematics as a subject
Apart from the eligibility criteria, candidates must clear Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET). It is a state level examination which is conducted by the Government of Maharashtra and Directorate of Technical Education, annually. This exam is conducted for admissions into Engineering and Health Sciences Courses in Maharashtra. Candidate must complete the registration process before the examination is conducted. Following are the steps need to be completed,
- Candidate can fill the MHT CET form by visiting the official website of DTE i.e. dtemaharashtra.gov.in
- Candidate must ensure that all the details filled in by him are correct and are available when asked
- While submitting the application form, candidates need to make the payment of INR 800 (general category) and INR 600 (reserved category) as application fee
- Before Registration process is proceeded, candidates must fulfill the eligibility norms
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for MHT CET
About the ACE Exam
- The ACE exam is conducted in offline mode
- It comprises of 3 papers each consisting Multiple Choice Questions and the duration is 90 minutes for each paper
- Paper 1 is for Mathematics, paper 2 is for Chemistry and Physics and Botany questions are asked in paper 3
- Result will be declared by the commissioner of state CET
- On the basis of the performance of the applicant, counseling is done and the college is allotted.
