- Amity University conducts a uniform entrance exam to determine admission to all programmes.
- The selection procedure includes Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview.
- Applicants must obtain at least 60% (55% for reserved categories) marks in their 10+2 or any other equivalent exam in order to be considered for 5-year integrated law programmes.
- A minimum cumulative grade point average of 50% (45% for restricted categories) is required for applicants to the 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Candidate admission to the one-year LLM PG programme is dependent upon receiving at least a 50% grade in their LL.B. or other relevant degree.
- Applicants seeking admission to 3-year Ph.D programme must earn a Master’s degree in Law with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Applicants for the three-year Ph.D. programme must hold a law master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 55%.
- Applicants applying to UG programmes may also be admitted based on their IPU CET score.
- Applicants have the option of applying offline or online. The deadline to submit an online application for any programme is July 13.

PG-level programmes:
- Candidates who obtained 93% or higher overall in their Class 12 exams and 80% or higher in their graduate examination are eligible for a 100% scholarship.
