The UK Class 12th Board exams are conducted yearly in March and the Board exams are organized by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE). The UK Board determines the texts, syllabus, and exam pattern for the UK 12th board exams. Every year, more than one lakh students sit for the UK 12th board exams.

The UK Board Class 12th Board Exams are scheduled to be tentatively conducted from February/March 2025. Before appearing for the exams, the students must have an overview of the exam pattern and the marking scheme. The exam pattern helps the students to understand the weightage of marks of each section from a particular section and the marking scheme helps the students in understanding the distribution of marks in a subject. Depending upon the distribution of marks, the students can allocate and divide their time for better preparation. As per the UK Board 12th Exam Pattern, subjects such as Hindi, Mathematics, etc. will have an overall weightage of 100 marks as they don't have any practicals while subjects such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, etc. that consist of practicals will have an overall weightage of 70 marks and the remaining 30 marks will be allocated for the practical section.
UK Board Class 12 Exam Pattern 2025: Highlights
As per the new exam pattern, the class 12th Board exams will be conducted in the offline mode. The exams will have objective, very short, short and long-type questions. The highlights of the UK Board Class 12th Board exams are provided in the table below:
