The PSEB (Punjab School Education Board) published the PSEB 12th compartment result 2024 on 14th August 2024 on their official website (pseb.nic.in). About PSEB 12th Board 2024

The PSEB (Punjab School Education Board) is responsible for conducting 12th class board exams in Punjab. Students qualifying class 11th from a recognized board and completed studying class 12th from a school affiliated with PSEB are eligible for the exam. Whether the students are enrolled inn schools for full-time or private mode, they can take the PSEB 12th exam. The Board decides the syllabus and exam pattern for PSEB 12th Class exam. Almost 3 lakh students take the PSEB Class 12 exams yearly. Once they have passed the PSEB 12th exam they can move on to being enrolled in UG courses for their desired stream in any college of their choice. The passing criteria for PSEB 12th is that the student must score a minimum of 33% marks.

The Ministry of Education made an announcement that the Board exams will be conducted twice every year from the 2025-2026 academic session and the best score among the both exams will be considered. Students have to mandatorily study 2 languages in 11th and 12th class of which one needs to be an Indian language. Students will be given flexible choices among subjects irrespective of their already chosen stream (Arts, Science, and Commerce).

PSEB 12th Exam Date Sheet 2025 (tentative)

The PSEB 12th supplementary exam 2024 were conducted by the Punjab board from 4th July to 19th July 2024. The PSEB date sheet 2024 for supplementary exams was announced at their official website. The Board announced the PSEB 12th Date Sheet 2024 on their official website on 2nd January 2024. The exams got conducted from 13th February to 28th March 2024. The date sheet includes the dates of exam, exam timings and days for each subject etc. 

PSEB 12th Result 2024

The PSEB 12th supplementary exam result 2024 was released on 14th August 2024. The PSEB 12th result 2024 was announced by the board in a press conference on 30th April 2024. The PSEB 12th Class result 2024 was made available on the official website on 1st May 2024. Students can look up their result by entering their roll number. PSEB Class 12 Admit Card 2024

PSEB uploaded the PSEB 12th Admit Card 2024 for students enrolled into schools on 31st January 2024 on the official website. The admit can be downloaded online only by the schools by entering login credentials. Students must get their admit card from their respective schools and carry it to the exam hall on all days or else they won't be allowed to take the exam.

PSEB 12th Exam Compulsory Subjects

There are four compulsory subjects in PSEB 12th exam:
