MBOSE HSSLC Boards: Latest Date Sheet 2025, Admit Card, Syllabus, Exam News and more

The MBOSE HSSLC Exam Routine 2025 has been released in November 2024. Students can access the date sheet online on their official website (mbose.in). The MBOSE HSSLC Exams are to be conducted from 18th February 2025 to 17th March 2025. The exams will be taken offline through pen and paper. The exam timings are 10am to 1pm. 

The MBOSE HSSLC syllabus 2025 is the same as CBSE 12th syllabus 2025 for the subjects - Psychology, Sociology, and Physical Education, as declared by the Meghalaya board. The MBOSE HSSLC syllabus has been made available along with exam pattern on the board's official website. About MBOSE HSSLC

The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) HSSLC was established in 1973 in the state of Meghalaya. MBOSE 12^th board is responsible for conducting higher secondary examinations in Meghalaya. MBOSE 12^th board exams 2025 are conducted in various modern Indian languages such as English, Khasi, Garo, Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, Nepali, and Mizo. The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) HSSLC allows students to choose their preferred language as the medium of the examination. 

MBOSE HSSLC Exam Frequency as per MOE

The Ministry of Education (MoE), a little while back announced that Board exams will be conducted twice a year from the session 2025-26 and students will have the option to retain the best score. The New curriculum framework 2020 will not mandate students to choose a specific stream such as arts, science, and commerce. Students now will be able to choose the subjects with flexibility. The New curriculum framework 2020 as per the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) is already established and books will be published for the 2024 session. According to the NEP 2020, aspirants will be mandated to opt for two languages and one of them must be an Indian language. 

However, MBOSE HSSLC’s statement on the NEP 2020 establishment has not been out officially yet. As of now, MBOSE HSSLC will be going with its prior exam frequency which is to conduct the exam once a year.

Only registered schools will be able to access and download the MBOSE 12^th board admit cards. Students will be handed over admit cards by the school authorities after the signature of principal. Candidates must collect Meghalaya 12^th board admit cards and carry it to the exam hall for a smooth conduct of examination process.

Meghalaya HSSLC 2025 Result

The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has not officially announced any results date yet; however, MBOSE 12^th board results 2025 are expected to be out in May 2025. Last year also, the MBOSE HSSLC result was released in May 2024. The Meghalaya Board of School Education will release all the results on its official website and students will be allowed to check their results by themselves.
