ISC Result 2025
The CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations) is set to publish the ISC 12th result 2025 during the first week of May 2025 on their official website. Students will be able to look up the ISC Class 12 result 2025 by entering the course code, candidate unique id number, and index number. The ISC result 2025 includes the name of the student, roll number, roll code, marks obtained in each subject, etc. Students downloading the ISC 12th result 2025 online must know it is temporary. Students need to get the official marksheet from the respected schools.
The board exams of ISC for 2025 took place from February 13 to April 5. Interestingly, the compartment exams have been abolished by the council. If students do not like the results, they can ask for a recheck at an additional charge of ₹1000 per paper per subject. For other grievances, students may also apply for revaluation.
Referring to last year, the ISC Class 12 result 2024 was announced on May 6 at 11 AM, and the Improvement Results were announced on August 7, 2024. As of the academic session 2022-23, CISCE has implemented Improvement exams, allowing students to improve their performance in one subject. These exams are typically conducted in July.

Students are required to follow the given step to check and download the ISC Class 12 Result 2025:
- Go to the official website (cisce.org)
- Find ISC Result 2025 and click on it
- You will be redirected to a login window
- Fill in the Course Code, Index number, Candidate UID, and Captcha
- Enter and submit details
- Download and save the result
- Get the result printed out and save it for future use

Students also have the option to check the ISC result 2025 12th class through SMS. They are required to text “ISC” to the number ‘09248082883’.
How to check ISC Result 2025 via DigiLocker app
The ISC marksheet for all students is sent to their schools by the CISCE board. Still, students can also get their ISC marksheet 2025 in the soft copy format on the DigiLocker app. Though provisional the soft copy marksheets are equivalent to the hard copy of the original marksheets. The process below is to be followed for downloading the marksheets through DigiLocker:
- Install the DigiLocker app from Play Store or go to the official website
- Make an account on the website or the app
- Put in your mobile and confirm the OTP
- Fill in the asked details such as email ID, password, and other details

ISC Class 12 Result 2025 Revaluation
If the students are not satisfied with the marks that don't represent their performance, they can apply for re-evaluation or rechecking of their ISC Class 12 answer sheets. The following are some key things to remember before applying:
- The application is made only online from the official CISCE website.
- There is a fee of ₹1000 for each subject that needs to be paid online when applying.
- The re-checked ISC 12th result 2025 is going to be published in August 2025.

- The state of Karnataka had a 99.49% passing percentage for ISC 12th board exams 2024. The passing percentage was even more than the national passing percentage which was 98.19%
- For Karnataka state - Girls passing percentage: 99.76%, Boys passing percentage: 99.18%

This original certificate is a proof of completion of higher secondary studies and is a requirement while seeking admission to colleges or universities for under-graduate programs. The students will have to provide it during the counselling rounds, document verification, or the time of filling admission forms in various institutions.
Along with that, as the results have been declared now, students can now start filling out applications for different undergraduate entry exams such as CUET, JEE, NEET, and more according to their interest area of study.
