CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) is set to put out the CBSE board result 2025 in May 2025 on their official website. Students appearing for the exam will be able to look up the CBSE result 2025 by entering their roll no, school code, and admit card no given on the CBSE 10th admit card. CBSE 10th Board exams 2025 are to be conducted from 15th February to April 2025 in offline mode via written format.

Students can also check the CBSE 10th result 2025 after its release via IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System. The rate/minute for the call is 30 paisa for one roll number. Students are required to dial on 24300699 with their area code before it.
How to check CBSE Result 2025 via SMS ?
Students can also check their CBSE Board Result 2025 via SMS. All they need to do is send an SMS from their registered number. Students must follow the SMS format - “cbse12 (roll number) (date of birth) (school number) (Center number)” and send it to 7738299899. The date of birth format needs to be DDMMYYYY. They will be receiving an SMS which will include a list of subject-wise marks. They are required to save the CBSE Class 10th Result 2025 for further use.
CBSE Result Digital Marksheet via Digilocker
Students can look up the CBSE 10th Result 2025 and download it as digital marksheets through DigiLocker. Students can secure their DigiLocker account details through and SMS received by the registered mobile number on the CBSE board portal.
Students need to visit the DigiLocker official website and sign up themselves. Next, they need to follow the process given below to get their CBSE result 2025:
- Log in using the correct credentials (Username and Password) to the DigiLocker app
- Sync your Aadhaar number in the ‘Profile’ section, if it has not been synced already
- Tap on 'Pull Partner Documents
- You will come across two drop-down menus on the appearing screen
In the first drop-down menu, select ‘Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi’
In the second drop-down menu, select ‘Mark sheet (HSC/SSC)’, ‘Passing certificate’, or ‘Migration Certificate’, etc.
- Fill in the asked details (qualifying year and roll no.) into the upcoming screen
- The Certificate/Marksheet for CBSE Result 2025 will get downloaded. Students need to click on the ‘Save to locker’ button to save it in their DigiLocker account.
More security has been added to the marksheet downloading process in the DigiLocker app. For downloading the marksheets on the DigiLocker, students are required to go to the website (cbseservices.digilocker.gov.in/activatecbse to start their account confirmation procedure. Students will be requiring a PIN for downloading their CBSE 10th marksheet on the app. This PIN helps in securing and maintaining the privacy of your data. The PIN is made available by the school and students can contact the school authorities if they have not received it. The PIN will be of six-digits.
Schools can get the DigiLocker PIN by following the process below:
- Visit cbse.digitallocker.gov.in
- Login using the correct credentials and choose ‘Login as School’
- Tap on ‘Download PIN file’
- Choose the class
- Once the PIN is downloaded, schools are required to send the PIN to students individually for privacy reasons.

CBSE 10th Result 2025 Passing Criteria
The passing criteria that students need to qualify are provided below:
- Students need to get a grade above E (a minimum of 33% marks) in every subject (5 Subjects in total) in the main external exams (or compartmental exams)
- Subjects which also have practicals, require the student to score 33% marks practical as well as theory. Other than this, students also need to get a minimum of 33% in overall.
Students will be granted a pass certificate by the board provided they secure a grade more than ‘E’, for all subject in the internal exam (unless they are not allowed)
