XAT Exam Analysis - The XAT 2025 exam analysis will be shared after the exam is conducted successfully. The XAT Exam analysis 2025 will consist of an in depth elaboration of the difficulty level of the question paper, topic wise weightage, types of questions asked, number of good attempts and the expected cutoff for admission to XLRI college. The XAT 2025 exam will be held today, January 5, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM. The total duration of the exam is 180 minutes i.e. 3 hours. The candidates appearing in the exam must note that the essay writing section has already been removed from the Written Test. Thus, candidates may find the XAT 2025 question paper manageable. However, due to the removal of the essay writing section, the difficulty level of the exam is expected to go high.

XAT 2025 Paper Analysis
As per the XAT exam analysis, the XAT 2025 question paper was difficult. The Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation sections were difficult. While on the other hand the Decision Making and Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning sections were moderately difficult.

- VA & LR Section - The difficulty level of the VA & LR section of XAT 2025 question paper was moderate. The section consisted of questions from Reading Comprehension, Poem, Critical Reasoning, and Grammar. It also had, Fill in the Blanks type questions and Para Jumbles. The Grammar part of the section consisted of only Correct-Incorrect sentences.
- DM Section - The difficulty level of the Decision Making section of the exam was moderate.
- QA & DI Section - The difficulty level of the Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation section of XAT 2025 question paper was more on the difficult side. The Quantitative Aptitude section consisted of questions from Linear Equation, Quadratic Equation, Logarithm, Time, speed, distance, Profit and loss, Arithmetic progression, Geometry, Number system, etc. While the Data Interpretation section consisted of questions from Data Sufficiency PnC, Polynomials and Data Interpretation.
- GK Section - The difficulty level of the GK section was difficult. The questions were taken from several History, Geography, Economics and business , Personality and awards, Science and tech, Sports, Books and authors , Current affairs, Nobel Prize, Entertainment, etc.
XAT 2025 Question Paper Pattern
The overall difficult enable of the Z two thousand twenty five question paper was difficult. Candidates can go through the structure of the question paper and number of questions asked in the sections of that exam.
XAT 2025 Analysis - VA & LR Section
The Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning section of XAT exam had 26 questions. The reading comprehension part dominated the section by about 26 questions. XAT 2025 Analysis - Decision Making Section
There were a total of 22 questions in the XAT 2025 decision making section. The questions were moderately difficult. About 15 to 17 attempts would be a good attempt in this section. Please check the sectional composition of the XAT decision making section.
XAT 2025 Analysis - QA and DI
This year the Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation section of XAT exam had more questions from Arithmetic and the overall difficulty level of the section was a little more difficult than the last year. About 16 to 18 attempts would be considered a good attempt in this section. XAT 2025 Analysis - General Knowledge
The XAT General Knowledge section was difficult. The section comprises 25 questions with a mix of current affairs and static general knowledge. Any number above 10 will be considered a good attempt in this section.

As per the XAT exam analysis, in order to achieve 99+ percentile in XAT 2025 Exam, the candidates must secure a XAT score above 40. Any XAT score between 30 and 35 will lead to 90 to 95 percentile range while scoring around 22-23 marks typically aligns with an 80 percentile.
