TS ICET 2023 Latest Updates
The results of the special phase allotment for TS ICET Counselling 2023 were announced on October 19, 2023. Candidates can view the allocation of seats to colleges on the official website tsicet.nic.in. Those who have been selected must complete their fee payments by October 29.

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) previously disclosed the TS ICET seat allotment results for the final counseling phase on September 28. Those who have been assigned seats must pay the tuition fee and self-report through the website by the extended deadline of October 6, a change from the initial deadline of September 30. TS ICET Counselling 2023
The registration for counselling process for TSICET 2023 will begin on August 14 - 18, 2023 & the first seat allotment is will be announced on August 25, 2023, Candidates can check the list on the official website - tsicet.nic.in. It is important for candidates to complete the payment of tuition fee by the specified date. After the counseling rounds are completed, spot admissions for the vacant seats in MBA/MCA private unaided colleges will begin.
What is TS ICET 2023?
TSICET, or Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test, is the gateway to MBA and MCA admission in Telangana universities/institutions. Every year, the TSICET exam is administered by Kakatiya University in Warangal on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education. The current session, TSICET 2023, is expected to have a similar number of test takers. TSICET is a computer-based exam that lasts two and a half hours and is held in 14 cities across Telangana.

TS ICET 2023 Counselling Eligibility Criteria

- Only candidates who pass the TS ICET 2023 entrance exam with a minimum aggregate score of 50% (for general category candidates) and 45% (for reserved category candidates) will be eligible to participate in TS ICET counselling 2023.
- Minority students (Muslim/Christian) who do not pass the TS ICET 2023 or have scored 50% (OC candidates) or 45% (other category candidates) will be considered only for admission to the participating colleges, and only for the remaining seats in minority colleges.
- A candidate must be a citizen of India.
- He/she must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
- There is an age requirement for candidates, which is 30 years for (OC candidates) and 34 years for (other candidates) as of July 1, 2023.
- Candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline for at least three years.

Registration & Fee Payment
Candidates can register for TS ICET Counseling by following the steps outlined below.
- Step 1: Go to the official TSCHE counselling website, tsicet.nic.in.
- Step 2 - Next, select the 'Payment of processing fee' tab.
- Step 3 - For TS ICET counselling 2023 registration, enter the following information.
- The registration number 2023 that is printed on the TS ICET hall ticket.
- TS ICET 2023 admit card no.
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Step 4 - The computer screen will display the information form. Now enter all of your personal information, such as your email address and phone number.
Payment of TS ICET Counselling Fee
Candidates must pay the counselling fee based on their category once all of their information has been entered. The registration fee can be paid in one of three ways:

Slot Booking for Document Verification
The certificate or document verification stage in the TS ICET counselling process takes place offline. Candidates are required to schedule time slots for their certificate verification. This can be done by selecting a Help Line Centre (HLC), along with a specific date and time. It is essential for candidates to adhere to the reserved time slot and appear for the certificate verification accordingly. Candidates who have not paid the counselling processing fee or reserved a slot will not be allowed to participate in the certificate verification process.
Document Verification
Upon payment of the TS ICET counselling processing fee, candidates are required to visit the assigned help centers as instructed by the authorities for document verification. During this process, the candidate's Aadhaar card details will be verified. Candidates must ensure to carry the following documents to the TS ICET 2023 counselling centers for the purpose of document verification.

- Passing degree/ certificate
- Aadhaar card
- SSC mark sheet/ passing certificate
- Degree provisional passing certificate

- Non-locals must submit a residence certificate to be considered for unreserved seats.
TS ICET Option Entry 2023
- TSCHE will immediately share login credentials to exercise options following certificate verification. The login ID will be sent to the registered mobile number, and the password will be generated by visiting the official website, tsicet.nic.in.
- Candidates can exercise their choices from home, an internet center, or a helpline center.
- The number of options that can be exercised is not limited by TSCHE. As a result, candidates should select as many options as possible in order to increase their chances of getting a seat.
- During the option entry process, candidates can select from a list of TS ICET participating institutes and courses.
- Candidates must take a printout of the final options saved after submitting their options.
TS ICET Seat Allotment 2023
The process of TSICET 2023 seat allotment will begin once the candidates' choices have been finalized. Only choices that were locked prior to the time limit will be considered when allocating seats. The TSICET 2023 merit list will be used for allotment.
How to download TS ICET 2023 Allotment Letter?
The candidate must download the TS ICET 2023 provisional seat allotment order by following the steps outlined below.
- Visit the TS ICET official website at https://tsicet.nic.in/.
- Log in to the site with your ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number or Admit Card Number of TS ICET 2023, Date of Birth, and Password.
- The screen will display the provisional seat allotment order for the TS ICET 2023.
- View, check, and download the list in PDF format.
Payment of Tuition Fee and Self-Reporting
In order to accept the allotment offer for TS ICET counselling, candidates need to make the necessary payment online through the official TS ICET website using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking within a designated time period. Once this step is completed, candidates must register with the Biometric system to mark their attendance at the assigned institute or college, thereby officially confirming their interim allotted seat. It is important to note that failure to pay the tuition fee and Self Report within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of the provisional allotted seat, and candidates will lose the opportunity to claim that seat.
TS ICET Tie Breaking Procedure
Based on their individual TSICET 2023 results, candidates will be assigned a sectional and overall rank. Candidates with equal ranks or marks, according to the guidelines, will go through the tie-breaking procedure outlined below.
- The candidate with the highest score in Section A will be given priority.
- If the tie persists, higher Section B marks will be considered.
- If there is still a tie, the older candidate will be given first priority.
Cancellation of Seats after TS ICET Counselling
Candidates can cancel/withdraw admission until a certain date without losing their tuition fee. To cancel the allotted seats, candidates need to approach the Convener. Candidates can submit their applications in person, by mail, or by email. The following documents must be submitted with the seat cancellation certificate by candidates:
